MESSAGE FROM TREASURER
Bismillahir Rahmanir Rahim.
Kishoreganj University is moving forward as a modern, knowledge-based, and research-oriented institution of higher education, committed to producing skilled, ethical, humane, and patriotic citizens for the welfare of the country and the nation. I am deeply grateful to Almighty Allah for granting me the opportunity to serve as the Treasurer of this university in this noble and promising journey. I also express my profound respect and sincere gratitude to the Hon’ble President of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh and the Hon’ble Prime Minister of the Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh, Mr. Tarique Rahman.
There is no alternative to good governance, transparency, accountability, and efficient financial management for the overall development of a university. As Treasurer, my commitment is to ensure sound planning, transparent and accountable management, and proper utilization of the university’s financial resources. My goal is to establish a modern, effective, and accountable financial administration in accordance with the University Act, relevant rules and regulations, and the financial policies of the Government.
I firmly believe that prudent financial planning, proper utilization of resources, and responsible management can further strengthen the university’s academic programs, research activities, infrastructure development, student welfare, and institutional capacity. To this end, with the cooperation of the Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor, Pro-Vice-Chancellor, teachers, officers, employees, students, and all stakeholders, we are committed to working tirelessly to build a modern, sustainable, excellence-driven, and internationally recognized university.
Your sincere cooperation, valuable suggestions, and good wishes are our greatest sources of inspiration as we move forward. I firmly hope that, through our collective efforts, Kishoreganj University will emerge as one of the leading institutions of higher education in Bangladesh in the fields of education, research, and innovation.

কিশোরগঞ্জ বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় একটি আধুনিক, জ্ঞানভিত্তিক ও গবেষণানির্ভর উচ্চশিক্ষা প্রতিষ্ঠান হিসেবে দেশ ও জাতির কল্যাণে দক্ষ, নৈতিক, মানবিক ও দেশপ্রেমিক নাগরিক গড়ে তোলার প্রত্যয়ে এগিয়ে চলেছে। এই মহৎ ও সম্ভাবনাময় অভিযাত্রায় বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের কোষাধ্যক্ষ হিসেবে দায়িত্ব পালনের সুযোগ লাভ করায় সর্বপ্রথম আমি পরম করুণাময় মহান আল্লাহ তাআলার দরবারে গভীর শুকরিয়া ও কৃতজ্ঞতা জ্ঞাপন করছি। অতঃপর গণপ্রজাতন্ত্রী বাংলাদেশের মহামান্য রাষ্ট্রপতি এবং গণপ্রজাতন্ত্রী বাংলাদেশ সরকারের মাননীয় প্রধানমন্ত্রী জনাব তারেক রহমানের প্রতি আমি গভীর শ্রদ্ধা ও আন্তরিক কৃতজ্ঞতা প্রকাশ করছি।
বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের সার্বিক উন্নয়নে সুশাসন, স্বচ্ছতা, জবাবদিহিতা এবং দক্ষ আর্থিক ব্যবস্থাপনার কোনো বিকল্প নেই। কোষাধ্যক্ষ হিসেবে আমার অঙ্গীকার হলো বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের আর্থিক সম্পদের সুষ্ঠু পরিকল্পনা, স্বচ্ছ ও জবাবদিহিমূলক ব্যবস্থাপনা এবং যথাযথ ব্যবহার নিশ্চিত করা। বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় আইন, বিধি-বিধান এবং সরকারের আর্থিক নীতিমালার আলোকে একটি আধুনিক, কার্যকর ও জবাবদিহিমূলক আর্থিক প্রশাসন গড়ে তোলাই আমার লক্ষ্য।
আমি বিশ্বাস করি, বিচক্ষণ আর্থিক পরিকল্পনা, সম্পদের যথাযথ ব্যবহার এবং দায়িত্বশীল ব্যবস্থাপনার মাধ্যমে বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের শিক্ষা, গবেষণা, অবকাঠামো উন্নয়ন, শিক্ষার্থীদের কল্যাণ এবং প্রাতিষ্ঠানিক সক্ষমতা আরও সুদৃঢ় করা সম্ভব। এ লক্ষ্যে মাননীয় উপাচার্য, উপ-উপাচার্য, শিক্ষক, কর্মকর্তা, কর্মচারী, শিক্ষার্থী এবং সকল অংশীজনের সহযোগিতায় আমরা একটি আধুনিক, টেকসই ও উৎকর্ষমুখী আন্তর্জাতিক মানের বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় গড়ে তুলতে নিরলসভাবে কাজ করছি।
আপনাদের আন্তরিক সহযোগিতা, মূল্যবান পরামর্শ ও শুভকামনাই আমাদের এগিয়ে যাওয়ার প্রেরণা। সম্মিলিত প্রচেষ্টার মাধ্যমে কিশোরগঞ্জ বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় শিক্ষা, গবেষণা ও উদ্ভাবনের ক্ষেত্রে দেশের অন্যতম শ্রেষ্ঠ উচ্চশিক্ষা প্রতিষ্ঠানে পরিণত হবে—এই আমার প্রত্যাশা।
কিশোরগঞ্জ বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের সকল শিক্ষক, কর্মকর্তা, কর্মচারী, শিক্ষার্থী, অভিভাবক ও শুভানুধ্যায়ীকে জানাই আন্তরিক শুভেচ্ছা ও উষ্ণ স্বাগতম। মহান আল্লাহর কাছে সকলের সুস্বাস্থ্য, সুখ, শান্তি ও কল্যাণ কামনা করছি। একই সঙ্গে কিশোরগঞ্জ বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের সার্বিক অগ্রগতি, সমৃদ্ধি ও সাফল্য কামনা করছি।
